PCV Valve Rubber Boot

I have a 2003 Expedition 5.4l v8 I recently replaced the PCV valve. While in the process of replacing the valve I noticed the rubber elbow boot that goes from the PCV valve to the metal pipe had a hole in it. I haven't been able to find just a replacement boot. Any suggestions or am I going to have to buy the whole PCV valve hose assembly?

If you haven't replaced the rear hose connector before, it's better to replace the whole assembly at this age.
