Picked up my 2022 XLT today!

Been lurking on the threads for months now after placing an order in early February. I was simultaneously watching the Ford inventory like a hawk and 2 weeks ago a dealer/expy I hadn’t seen before popped up. Called the dealer the next morning, was told he thought it was already spoken for but would check, called me back and said it was all mine!

Picked it up today and IT. IS. SWEET. All of you waiting are in for an amazing treat once you get it. The ride is great (it’s my first expy so nothing to compare it to for you but I enjoyed the drive), the tech is great and responsive, and the Lane Centering worked way better than I expected. Driving home on a major highway and the car genuinely did most of the work for me, just rested my hands on the wheel.

2022 XLT MAX 202A w/ Special Edition Package
Stone Blue and Onyx interior with bench seat

The blue is really nice, and similar to the Forged Green, it shines (both figuratively and literally) in the direct sun and really pops, and then has a darker greyish look otherwise, both of which are lovely.

Like you I am also a first timer with Expedition.

Got myself a 2020 (neatly used 53K Km) XLT with 202a (not sure what is extra on top of 202a in Special Package). Mine has leather interior and Panoramic Sun/MoonRoof.

202A package (as per the expert reviews seen on Youtube) bring the features and bells & whistles very close to Limited trim, like foot activated lift gate, motorized steering adjustment, heat/cooled seats, motorized 2nd/3rd row seat and all.

Hope you enjoy the ride all along - I will probably start after tomorrow - have given mine for cernamic nano coating - front nose job PPF and windows glass UV/Heat protection tinting.

Nice! I ordered this same truck but in black. Let us know how good the headlights are at night, that's one thing I look forward to the most.

I have a 2014 Tahoe with Halogens and driving at night sucks, especially in the country.

Thanks everyone! Took a few pics of the interior for folks. Will follow up when I have a few more miles on it, right now have driven it home and around the neighborhood twice

Once the sun comes out more I’ll see if I can get a picture that really shows how the blue can pop.
