Please help with A/C vent in dash!

Hey everyone!

I need to replace the A/C vent just to the right of the radio. The vent is round with a chrome ring around it and silver adjustable louvers. I cannot figure out how to remove it. I have pulled on it with no success.

Can anyone please walk me through how to get this vent out of the dash???

Lets share the link!! I have the same issue and same exact vent! One of the "flaps" broke and I need a new vent.
