I assume in the video you are also in park (tranny disengaged, so not drive train), and I could not tell if you were reving the engine or not.

Is your 98 an eddie bauer? It could be the air ride making noises. Vaccuum system in general. It could just be a leak somewhere.

The other thought I have is it could be your HVAC. Its similar to a squeak I got from my Dodge Caravan before the mix/blend door jammed up. Turn on and off the AC (hit the recirculate/fresh air switch and see if it comes around then).

All guesses, a reminder that when it comes to advice, you get what you pay for...

I couldnt really crank up the volume where I am right now, but does the rattle sound like something is loose? I have this too and yes it happens at cold start up only. Its one of the hangers of tail pipe.

Although I have not diagnosed which specific hanger it is, tomorrow morning try lightly stepping on or holding the muffler tip the rattle disappears
