po304 and po451

I have these codes show up on my 2007 expedition. The 451 has been there awhile need to change evap solenoid. Are these associated with each other. Will the bad evap cause misfire. Changed plug and coil still have the misfire gonna check injector next. My question is I guess will the bad evap cause misfire?

being you had the 451 code for awhile I would say that the P0304 is new and that they aren't associated but anything is possible

Above the gasstank there is a evap regulator it is about $45.00 from dealer my expo did the samething but it cost me $400.00 for the diagnostic from the dealer. Hope this helps
