I've been experiencing wind noise from what seems like the driver's door B pillar area. I've done all the normal door adjustments, etc but I still wasn't satisfied with the wind noise while driving on the highway. The noise was especially pronounced when cross winds were blowing towards the driver's side of the Expy. I did some additional hunting on the F150 forums and ran across the idea of taping up the gap around the mirror connector penetrations in the door. Surprisingly enough, it does help reduce the noise especially in cross winds from what seemed like the B-pillar area, even though the gap I sealed was very close to the A pillar. Perhaps the noise traveled along the glass, but I'm no acoustics expert. It's a quick fix for anyone that wants to try it, so hopefully it helps if you're having similar wind noise and have tried all the normal door adjustments. I did the driver's side first and the photos below are from the passenger's side.
