I need a little help with this one.

My 2007 Expy's rear motor wiper was replace less than 6 months ago. I went to try to use it yesterday and it will not work. However, after I went to move the wiper it would click. The click is NOT the round piece moving, but rather it sounds like it is trying to move. I have seen the round piece move 3 times since the clicking started. They don't coincide.
The kicker is the clicking is still clicking after the car shuts off. This morning I went to start the car and guess what, no power. I had to jump it. Now granted the clicking might be that motor or it could be the liftgate release, or the tail glass release too. I don't know.

I wanted to pull the fuse for the rear wiper but I can't find its location in the manual.
Can anyone help on this?

Look for rear wiper up & down (for relays) entry in the manual. For the 99 I have they show it in the battery junction box, fuse #12 rated at 10amp.
