On 07/07/26, we received a “recall” notice via FordPass regarding this issue. As yet, I haven’t received the mail notification, but I figured it would arrive next week- no big deal. Here is where, to me, it gets a little strange. A few minutes ago, we got a phone call from a local stealership asking if we wanted to schedule an appointment to get the recall taken care of. After recovering from nearly fainting, we agreed on a date and time next week for the mobile service. Back story: we have used this facility before.
