Programmer ?'s

First off. Thanks for reading/posting. I have an 2005 EB 4x4 w/CAI and Gibson 3'' cat back exhaust.
Okay so hear is the question...Do programmers actually improve 0-60 times?
If so..by how much? I've been reading different opinions on this subject. Some even say you might get 5-8 rwhr. Before i spend the money. I would like to know if they are really worth it.

In a word, YES! Not sure if it makes a drastic difference in 0-60 times, but overall drive ability is greatly improved. What makes it worth it to me is the ability to go an extra 40-60 mi per fill up.

i've got a superchips programmer. i think i knocked about .5-1 sec off of my 0-60. i posted times on here before but cant find them and cant find where i wrote them down. but best 0-60 saved on programmer is 8.43. thats in 2H. did times in both 4x4 and 2H. I think i knocked about .5-1 sec off in4x4 also. i will keep looking and try and find my times.

dates and times for appointments/meetings...17's turned into 12's on me...wrong times...but they see it as me being on top...so it's a good look...lol

My butt dyno says mine is working. Mpg? Minor increase, I can't keep my foot off of the loud pedal. Makes it fun to drive!

I actually do have access to one. I am in the middle of arranging a dyno day for my diesel buddies!
