Question about 2011 XL Exped. rear quarter windows in XL model

Hi, Im considering the XL model versus the XLT. I see that the XLT model has "power" rear quarter windows. My question is, do the XL rear quarter windows open manually, or not at all? Thanks for your help. I cannot figure this out on the Ford Website and did not think to ask when I visited the dealer.

Any other thoughts on the XL versus XLT please let me know...

Hello I have a 2005 Ford expedition I am pretty sure it is the same but I dont have the rear power windows. And they do not make them so you can open them by hand. Kind of stupid I think.
