Question on similarity's between a 2017 Expedition and Navigator

So I just purchased a 17 Navigator select and I want to ad a amp and sub box... It has the "THX" system and I'm wondering if it is the same as any of the offerings in the similar year Expedition? I want to do an easy install and wondering what the Expedition guy are doing? How / where are you getting the signal / amp turn on lead to send to the amp from? The power/ground is the easy part the rest is what I need help with. I looked at Crutchfield and it was not much help.

I went to crutchfield, they have a PAC kit that literally just plugs in to your factory harness. It's a super nice setup. The wiring looks factory. Then there's a little module that goes in your dash that has RCA outputs on it. It also has a wiring harness that plugs into your amp and bypasses it and then has a plug that will be wire your amplifier up to. Everything plugs into your factory harness except the part that you wire to your aftermarket amplifier. Super nice setup.Supposedly you can plug it into a computer and set EQ and all that stuff but I haven't gotten that far yet.

I'm having issues with my sound I'm not getting any volume so nothing is working. My sound issue is not related to this PAC kit. Something happened before he added any of this stuff and I still haven't got it figured out yet.
