Radio Text information

I had a question on the 6 disc audiophile system. Turning on the text system on the radio, you know the system that displays the name of the song and the radio station, I just get parts of the text and some of the titles of the songs and the refresh is slow, is this a known problem or is this a defect?

My F 250 radio shows the text flawless and very fast refresh to the next set of information. Didn't know if this was just a problem on the audiophile radio or had to do with the in glass ant.

I have the same problem.. Haven't yet looked around to see if the scroll speed is adjustable or not.

When you say you have the same problem

When you say you have the same problem, do you have the partial or grabled text as well as slow refresh? It works great in my other vehicle but can't say the same for my expy...
