So you're saying that I could potentially get a f150 baja long travel kit for my expedition?

Likely not. I am not too familiar with the kits but pretty sure they replace much more than just the UCA and coilover.
Those two parts are the same to the F150 but not sure all the rest.

LCAs, tie rods, spindles, etc.

just to update everyone on this, I ended up not doing it, I went with Bilstein 4600 series shock replacements. im waiting on them to get here and they should be here soon

LCAs are identical part numbers up front... or at least were for the 07-13 models
