RAP Module Replacement

How do you go about replacing the RAP Module on a 2004 Expedition?

Mine was under water for about 10 days, and NOTHING works electronically in the door lock system. The actuators are fine (those have been tested).

I know where the RAP module is, I just don't know how to get to it Is there some relatively easy way to get it in and out (relatively easy meaning not having to take apart the whole dash).

Also, is there any easy way to replace the turn signal relay?
