Really rough idle

Sup' guys I'm new to the site and I gotta couple of questions..1st this is my first truck its a 00" Expy 5.4L Xlt and i had it since dec 2010 and its been GREAT thus far i snatched it up with 95k on it and it just hit 105k and its startin to act a little funny it has this rocking like its misting and it jerks and hesitate when i pull off but stops, it just started last week and the code says its a O2 sensor #2 and a missfire in cyl 7 is this common?? and can that be the reason for the trouble??
