Theres a noise coming from the passenger rear compartment, there's a fan in there that's running intermediate , it's starting to get loud like the fan motor going out, what's The fan called? And can it be greased or oiled?
When the a/c is off it stops.

Is the fan suppose to run intermediate? Or all the time?

I don't think it's the fan motor

I can hear a sorta hiss noise coming from that department,, the fan is working great but the noise will get loud then fade out, then come back, when I run the idle up to 2,000 rpm, the noise fade but when it returns to idle, it's hissing again? What could it be? And the air to me ain't blowing as cold as it was.

Heh, I would assume so with an 06 King Ranch. Did they even off the 2nd Gens w/o rear AC?

The fan would probably be called something like auxiliary blower fan motor (since it for the rear AC).

When you say the air coming out is not as cold, are you referring to the rear AC air, or the air from the front vents? I wonder if you might be low on refrigerant.

Yes it does have rear air

Yes it does have rear air,
The front air started blowing warm, when the noise in the passenger rear corner started hissing, wife drives it , she said it'll cool off after awhile, but it takes miles to do so.
Think it could be low on freon?
What about the hissing noise?
