Rear Blend Door Actuator Wiring

Does anyone know the wiring? The Actuator worked but was not getting electricity . Removed the pigtail and pulled the wires but the wind blew my diagram away and I need to put the wires back correctly. There are 2 . One is green and the other green and yellow striped. The connector has 8 holes but I need 2. Which 2? Help.

Received a replacement pigtail from Ford but instead of 2 wires, it has all 8. Which slots should be connected and which is positive and negative.
