Rear Bumper Tire Rack

Do any of you know of a company which makes a rear bumper with a swing out tire rack for the 3rd gens? I've seen a couple rigs with these and would like to have one on my truck but can't find anyone who stocks them. Is it going to have to be a custom build?

I think that is going to be a custom mount. I think I remember seeing some hitch mounted tire carriers but I can't remember where.
