wish i could do it here in cali. i would have to find a place to pass me for smog here. maybe talk to people. haha i want to do it.
Lol I've talked to a few shops some will do it and some won't. My brother is close friends with a guy that runs an exhaust shop. Some places told me 100-150 bucks.

i bet you know the one that MOST people HATE! 55 on highways when towing a trailer. i know its safty, but shit at least do the speed limit. but going over? dont do that. ive been passed up by truckers with HUGE loads before. its scary doing 80 and seeing a truck pass you on the left, super close to you.

i usually run around 65 down their... 55 feels like going backwards after running through Arizona or Nevada at 75 or 80
honestly traffic moves better when im running up at the limit of the cars... atleast i think so..
i can understand that would be scary but alot of people think they are invinsable

its the ******* that do it. but i hate it. like dude just do 65. i know most people wont care. when im crusin with my trailer im doing 65. and ive had cops radar me and dont do anything. but its usually when im just getting on the freeway. but what ever. if i go up to pismo, and if i was going to take the trailer. ill be leaving here at midnight! so screw it. i would be doing 70+, but no more than 75. thats just too fast. haha too fast without a trailer and this tank.

California Air Resources Board (ARB) established regulations to limit the use of Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs) that do not meet emission standards applicable for California OHV riding areas. After the regulations were established, ARB and DMV worked together to develop criteria for identifying non-complying OHVs. OHVs are registered by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). A red or green sticker is issued depending upon certain criteria.
Green stickers are issued for all California OHVs year model 2002 and older, including those that were previously issued a red sticker, and to 2003 and newer complying vehicles. Green stickers are issued to OHVs for year round use at all California OHV riding areas.
Red stickers are issued to 2003 year model and newer OHVs that are not certified to California OHV emission standards. If your OHV has a "3" or "C" in the eighth position of the vehicle identification number (VIN) then your vehicle will be issued a red sticker. Red stickers are issued to OHVs that can use California OHV riding areas for seasonal use only

yep. we cant idle our heavy equipment more than 5 minutes. on one job they did a noise test. to see how loud the equipment was.

glad I'm in NY...lol but to the OP 100-150 isn't that bad if they will do it considering most shops wont touch it...
