Heat works fine up front but the vents on the "ceiling" of my '04 XLT are blowing out cold air. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Did you let it run for a little while before checking it? There will be a slight delay before the air turns warm due to the length of the vent lines.

Yep I've tried everything from a troubleshooting stand point and still having the issue. But my front works great, gets very hot and thankfully can heat the entire truck with it. Just something that irritates me. I'll deal with it down the road but not on the top of my priority list right now. Let me know if the thermostat change has any results.
