Rear Hatch

The automatic rear hatch seems to work intermediately. sometimes works sometimes goes half dome and other times nothing. The button in the cab does not. just wondering if any sensors or such before take in?

What year, model? So, just to understand the problem is the hatch not closing or opening as it should? Does it stop halfway going up or down? More info would help us make a call on what is causing the problem. If the inside switch doesn’t work it could be the switch or fuse? Is your Expy still under warranty?

2018 Platinum Max and it is under warranty. Very limited times it will go down part way. The inside switch seems to have stopped working and outside switch in intermittent. Seems like a switch just wondering if some sensor or safety feature could cause it. Thanks

Just received a call from dealership and the power strut was out on the rear liftgate. Also phone would not pick up on system and module was out.

yes all is good. Just like to tell any problems with new vehicle so others can find solutions to any potential problems.
