Is it possible to purchase the plastic pieces on the rear headrest assembly? (see photo) Is there any option other than purchasing the entire headrest assembly? For reference the headrest assembly part number I've been able to find is CL1Z-78611A08-CB.

Have you checked with a Ford dealer part’s department, using your vehicle’s VIN?

Go to your local "Pick Your Part" yard. You might even find your exact year and color.

No luck finding just the plastic piece. It looks like they only sell the entire headrest assembly.
