Rear quarter panel retainer clips

Hey everyone,

Lately ive been dealing with a rattle when driving. This weekend i decided to investigate and found that one of the yellow clips was broken that keeps the inside quarter panel intact.

Went to the ford dealership and found that they actually changed the part to a white retainer clip (W719266-S300) and its typically sold individually for around 10 bucks a clip, which is robbery. After investigating more, ford also has a door retainer clip under (W713297-S300) they look exactly the same off pictures but can be bought aftermarket for alot cheaper.

Has any found if these are interchangeable?

Just google up trim panel clip or interior panel retainer clip and hundreds of available versions come up. Many available at local auto parts stores, Amazon, specialty vendors on-line.
Ford does not make their own.....their from an outside vendor.
The type your looking for has the separate "head" which slips into a raised groove on the panel and then pushes into a matching hole on the body.
Look for similar at your local Auto Zone or O'Reillys....ect.

But ford had similar looking parts (after market or not) not sure if they are compatible.

W719266-S300- no parts avilable on amazon or third party vendors (ford said this is the part i need)

W713297-S300- tons of aftermarket options.

But are they interchangeable from one to the other.
