rear set headrest

From the service manual:

To remove the head restraint.
•Pull the trim cover material away from the head restraint guide to access the spring clips.
•Release the 2 spring clips by pushing on the side shown.
•Raise and remove the head restraint.


NOTE: Note the spring clip position for installation.

NOTE: Use care when releasing the spring clips. They can fall inside the backrest frame.

Matt, thanks for reply. no clips like the 2nd row, don't know but looks like you may have to take off seat cover. 2nd row was a breeze with your information.

fisherman, sorry it took so long to getback to this thread but I finally remembered to take a look at my own Expy for reference. If you flip up the 3rd row headrests, sit in the seats facing the rear. Push the fabric down down about 1-1 1/2" you will see there is a clip (2 per headrest). It's tough to get to but it's there.
You can only access these from the front looking back.
