remove seats

Hello, I have and 04 expo and I'm looking to change my carpet, because the one I have is badly stained and starting to smell. My question is, when removing the seats, do I need to worry about the airbags deploying or anything? Can I just disconnect the battery and be good? Is there anything else I should know before I attempt this? Thanks.

you dont need to disconnect the battery for anything...airbag will not deploy...make sure you disconnect everything under the seats for the power seats...then youre golden
