I’ve looked pretty hard and can’t seem to find this one at all. The bulbs for the side blinkers in my 2017 aren’t very bright and barely visible during the day. Is there a way to put a brighter bulb in there that stand out during the day? Has anyone done this?

You mean the side indicators on the headlamps?

Same white LEDs as the map lights, license plate lights, 3rd brake light etc. The lens itself is the source of the amber tint.

Sorry, I didn’t clarify. The blinkers on the side mirrors.

I agree they are designed to be viewed better from an angle other than the drivers view. However I’ve been behind other expeditions and in bright sunlight they still aren’t that visible. So is there a way to replace them with brighter bulbs?

They're meant to be seen by the vehicle that insists on hanging out in your blind spot. If someone's behind you they can see the rear signal. Surely you have bigger problems to worry about than those lights.

Those are for other drivers to hopefully see, not for your eyes.
They are aimed at a specific angle so they don't bother you while driving.

Anyone remember these?

Oh yeah.

The '70s called....they want their blinker back.
