I replaces my Transfer-Case, and I was wondering if the Transmission automatically files the T-Case with ATF... OR if it needs to be put in automatically? I checked the level before and after... It doesnt look like any has been moved.

Ideas?

it depends on what transfer case you have but there is usually two plugs on the rear of the case. The lower one is the drain and the higher one is the one you fill to. Just add fluid untill it overflows out of the top plug.
