Replacing center heat control with DVD /TV???

I am thinking about taking out the center heat control ( the one that is on the ceiling) and replace it with the dvd/tv combo but wanted to see what it would look like and how hard it would be to replace it.. Has anyone made the mod on the 1st Gen , mine is 99 EB ...

I don't know about you, but where you live, I wouldn't be replacing the HEAT control with anything else but HEAT!! LMAO
