Ok... I will try and explain the best I can. When driving my 2003 expy, after about 5 to 8 miles the right front wheel (brakes) seem to "grab" the rotor on the 1/2 rotation, not all the way around if that makes sense. Driving about 50 or 60 MPH the sterring wheel shakes BAD! So, when I slow down to less than 5 MPH you can feel it on the 1/2 rotation. You can definitely smell the pads burning and the wheel is hot! What is the usual cause of this?

I did order new ceramic pads, and rotors for it since I know it is warped now, and got the right front wheel bearing/hub. Is it possible the rubber brake line is collapsed inside or the caliper is bad? Or the pins aren't letting the caliper slide at all? I know there are alot of what-ifs... but anyone else ever have this problem? Thanks!

That can be caused by stuck pistons in the caliper, dry guide pins or both. Do an inspection and you will find out the cause. This would also be a good time to flush the brake fluid and before replacing a caliper if it needs it.

Try to save the caliper by cleaning and greasing the pins, hardware, shims, etc. Any two surfaces that need to slide smoothly. CRC Brake grease works good. If that doesn't fix the drag and you do have to replace the caliper, you should replace the rubber flex hose while you're in there.
