Right rear tire ONLY wearing inside. Have been towing lately. Ideas why?

Recently towed my enclosed car hauler 2000 miles loaded and 1000 miles unloaded.
Noticed this while changing oil. If it helps this tire specifically was running about 3 or 4 pounds more tire pressure after it got heated up while towing than the other three.
Thanks!20230927_161110.jpg

If it's not even wear between both rear tires, I would think there's an alignment issue.

That amount of wear indicates a severe mis-alignment, either caused by over compression (squatting down) of the rear suspension while towing or possibly a badly worn rear suspension component. Have all rear components inspected and then get a 4 wheel alignment from a well respected alignment shop with good equipment.

Alignment these rigs get a 4way alignment by the good shops. Mine was off straight from the factory then had it done again at 36,000 it had settled some needed a very slight tweak. Also the oem tires were so horrible on wet roads I ditched them at 15,000 with about 80% tread left. Bfg Trail Terrains were a total game changer totally different vehicle it could go places in 2wh drive it struggled to go in 4x4. And wet traction was as good as dry traction. At 50,000 now tires are still way better than the oem’s were.
