Thinking about taking my 04 EB from NC across to San Diego this Summer, truck right now has 141k and strong.Im doing all the necessary prep work,and then some.Any suggestions?

Joe, sure you thought of the below in addition to normal routine/preventive maintenance, however offering:
Thermostat change?
Trans filter & fluid?
O2 sensors?
Did the Annapolis to Monterey leg back in '98 via AL & TX, then Monterey to FL leg via TX in '00 & check engine light indicative of 02 sensors.

Didn't think of tstat or o2 sensor, will go on to do list.
