I have broken Crossbars and need to replace them. They are the adjustable kind. Is there a video on removing the old and what ones do I need to get to replace them?

What part broke? The cross bars just unscrew from the side rails. Not much to it.
I actually have a spare set I picked up a junk yard to replace the scratched up ones that came on my truck. When I got them I also picked up the part that slides into the side rail, so it's pretty easy to see here how it works.
The part on the left is built into the side rail. There's just the one screw that you use to adjust the position of the cross bar.
Remove that screw and just slide off the second attachment.
