rough idleing w/ 2197 code

Been having issued with my truck. Yes I've should have gone through these threads before throwing alot of moolah into my truck. I still can't figure out what's wrong with it. I've had 4 different mech look at it and still can't find the issue. Its started when I replaced the gas tank because it was puncture with a large hole. Also replaced the fuel pump there was not much life in it. By this time 4 codes popped.
The truck still doesn't have much power, replaced fuel filter IAC, MAF, PCV, Both cats, and all 4 sensors. Along with a good tune up, and oil change. Checked the lines with two cans of carb cleaner. Checked the PSI on the fuel tank several times still running where it should be. Also checked the coils when the tune up was done they tested fine.
The truck is still running like crap. It sounds awful, it now makes putt putt sounds. Took it to Autozone for another code read its coming up with a PO2197. What else do you recommend? I'm just about to take it to the dealership...

what were the 4 codes that came up. P2197 is bank 2 sensor 1 yet you say all 4 o2 sensors have been changed. Is it possible that the exhaust ports in the throttle body need to be cleaned?? How many miles on the expy

Yeah I would buy a good code reader that displays live data and look to see what the oxygen sensors are actually doing. The 2197 code is the front one on the driver's side. Possible the sensor is bad or the harness has been damaged and not reporting to the computer. You should see the front two sensors reading about the same but fluctuating independently around 1 volt. If the driver's side front one is way off either pegged high at 1.99v or low, below a half volt, it's that sensor or the harness to that sensor.
