Rough running

Hi all. Been learking for a while. My first post
I have a 2006 EB 5.4 with 236000 miles. Running rough.Had diagnostics done at pep boys. Was told injector 4 was out and 1 5 and 6 intermittent.
Today I changed all injectors, coils, and mas.
Now runs very rough and throws a 113, 202,and 204 code. Could it be connectors? All injectors looked clean except #2 where should I look next?

So after looking them up, DTC 113 is the air intake sensor, 202 is the fuel injector 2 and 204 is fuel injector 4. Any chance the connectors for injector 2 and 4 were swapped? I know this is kind of a long shot, but it's worth a check.

For the air intake sensor I'd just check to ensure the connector is corrosion free and that the pins are not bent or pushed out of the connector preventing good contact.

I have an ‘06 as well. There’s something wrong with the circuit to injectors 2 and 4. If the resistance across the injector terminals is within spec, I’d check the continuity of the ground wire to the PCM and to check for 12V at the injector with ignition on. You might want to clear the codes/PCM reset and then turn the ignition on and see if you get the codes for 2 and 4 without starting the engine.
