RSC Full Message

On my radio with Sync, I have a message that says "RSC FULL". Does anyone know what that means?

RSC(roll stability control) is fully activated. You are able to disable parts of the system by pressing the squigglely lines icon on the center stack. Pressing it once turns off certain aspects of the system. Pressing it and holding in for 5 seconds turns it off completely. Try any combinations of those and see what the message changes to. But note, once you break the 20 mph threshold, regardless of how you manually set it, it reactivates the RSC system.
