So I hope some has an answer for me. I've been having problems with noise that sounds and vibrations like I'm driving over a bumpy road when I drive on incline or decline roads between the speeds of 45 and 60 mph with my 2017 Expedition. I've done the following.
1. installed new solenoid Vacuum Solenoid Purge Valve
2. installed Actuator Vacuum Check Valve
3. installed 4WD Auto Locking Hub Actuator Axle Hub Link Assembly
4. Did Ford TB TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN
4WD - Grinding/Clicking/Ratcheting Noise From Front Wheel Area 24-2188
And I still have the same problem with the driving over bumpy road sound and vibrations, I don't know what else to do any suggestions???

Do the vibrations feel like you are driving on the rumble strips on the side of the lane, although you are not?

Do the vibrations only occur when you are accelerating on an incline or decline (not coasting)?

It will make the noise for a period after I've come out of the incline or decline and driving on level ground. it sort of tappers off but if I accelerate shortly after coming out of the incline/decline will still hear it.

Yes to all

I had the transmission fail on my 2015 Expedition Limited 4x4 (strictly passenger use - no towing or heavy loads). It was purchased new - so no abuse. I had the Ford dealer change the transmission fluid and filter at about 50,000 miles (no flush).

At about 70,000 miles - it began with the vibration - rumbling on inclines and level roads, when I began to accelerate lightly (like I was driving on the roadway berm rumble strip).

I made an appointment at my Ford dealer - which took about 1-2 weeks to get in. I continued to drive it.

When being test driven by the Ford dealer technician, the transmission failed and locked into limp-mode. He told me that the rumbling was the torque converter beginning to fail, although other issues occurred with the transmission.

It was rebuilt at the Ford dealer under terms of my Ford ESP. It took more than 3 months after diagnosis due to lack of parts from Ford.
