rumble strip noise front right

i have and 07, el eddie bauer 4x4, 45 k miles, just bought it, and sure enough as soon as i got it home, when making a tight right turn, when i start coming out of it, it sounds like and feels like the front right is going over rumble strips along side the highway, it stays that way for 200 feet then stops, or if i turn the wheel harder to the left. took it to the dealer,they couldnt get it to do it, bring it home, does it right away. needless to say im not happy. i have 8 months on the drive train warranty so i hope it is somehting covered. any ideas??

Sounds like something is loose on that right side.

Check the sway bar end-links (infamous for breaking) and shock mounts.

Pull the right tire and check the calipers / pads too.
