Running Rough

I have a 2000 5.4 Expedition with 143,000 mile's, within the past two months it started running rough in the mornings that its cold or while its raining. At idle the rpm's drop to about 400 and pulses, sometime's stalling out, as soon as you put it in drive it stall's out. If I keep the rpm's up a little it run's fine. I had it scanned for codes but obviously nothing because the check engine light isn't on. I took a couple of the cop's out and they look fine vacuum line's look fine as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to clean the Idle Air Control Valve, if you see that it lessens the erratic revs, but not eliminate the problem, its probably time to replace it, Sometimes cleaning does the trick.
