Scratching noise uphill and accelerating - IWE?

I've seen a few people comment on this here.

I just had the LH Turbo replaced on my 2015 Expy (wastegate issue) and am still getting this weird noise almost like a stomach rumble with a whoosh of air behind it when I head uphill or accelerate to pass someone or get up to speed on the highway. I don't seem to be losing power anymore just a weird sound. OBDII hasn't produced any codes either.

I get the normal air noise when lightly accelerating. I really have to listen good with the radio turned down if I want to hear it. Could that be it and you are just now noticing it because you got your expy worked on and are being extra attentive to stuff? I know I'm like that and will then ask myself "did it do that before" etc...

IWE won’t make a whoosh sound, it will make a ratcheting and nasty scraping sound.

Possibly 4wd actuator or vacuum leak
