Depends on what trim.
If you have the Activ (ActiveX seats), mild liquid soap with water will do just fine, nothing else needed.
If you have Platinum or above (Leather), you can use any leather cleaner. I personally have used Weiman's Leather cleaner and conditioner (https://amzn.to/3H5XxT9 - affiliate link) for years and will use in our Expedition when it arrives.

Just let them dry for a few hours, then apply some kind of protectant, like Armour-All, McGuires Leather Guard, or something similar, to help keep 'em stay more cleaner a bit longer....
If cloth, then nothing beats a good, powerful vacuum, followed by a foaming cleaner, then a cloth towel wipe down, let them dry for an hour or so, followed by a treatment with Scotch Guard or something similar....
