Seat Swap?

I have an 06 limited and the driver's seat is getting pretty worn out. I was wondering if anyone had switched the driver and passenger seats...or even just the seat cushions as that's what's the worst?

Swapping the whole seat won't work. Swapping the foam may but I highly doubt it and I'm almost positive the covers aren't interchangeable. Time to check eBay and salvage yard.
