All, I've recently acquired a '13 Limited; with two known issues. First was the issue with the lead frame. After thorough research, combing through threads, and watching Ford Tech's videos, I replaced the lead frame and solved all wacky related issues with the transmission.
Second is the P0451. Having a very hard time getting clear info on this one. Has any one had success resolving this? I only have the P0451 code. Symptoms: Have a hard start every once in a while (seems more likely have not running a few days). Misfire when accelerating at highway speeds ( 0-10% throttle, no issue. 10-25% throttle, misfire/stumble- esp between 55-70 mph. 25% throttle +, no issue). Any help in discussion is welcome/helpful.
Anyone know the location of the fuel tank pressure sensor on this year?

If I remember correctly, its mounted on the top of the fuel tank, right near the fuel pump.
The tank will have to be dropped in order to access it.

The misfires, coupled w/ P0451 may explain the issues; false pressure readings causing EVAP system to dump excess fuel vapors into combustion, "richining" the fuel mixture....

Appreciate the feedback Joe! This is super helpful. Not finding as much detailed instruction/info on this repair/replacement as other issues, but doing my diligence and preparing for the tank drop. Makes me think if I should replace other parts while it's down- but that will be contemplated another day. Researched possible purge valve fault, but no accompanying codes to support that avenue.
I've found the part number for the sensor- aka pressure transducer. Part of an assembly (comes with new hoses and "transducer"/sensor):
Ford 9L1Z-9C015-C Hose - Connecting.

In the spirit of thoroughness- I have corrected the known issue and here is how that went down:
P0451 was the fuel tank pressure sensor- came as an assembly, and was a pain in the butt to replace. Tank had to come down/out. None of the connectors were hard to undo or gave much trouble, it was routing the rear of the assembly around everything that cost time and patience. Nonetheless, temp and perm codes are gone.
However that did not fix my misfire- that turned out to be spark plugs. I had the occasion to pull one and spot check their condition, and in fact they were wasted. Changed all and fully remediated the misfire as described above.
