garbage... the trick the ECU for a little while then the ECU adjust and then your motor is running all out of wack... so basically NO they are JUNK

I was honestly almost willing to dish out the $25 for it.

People are so persuasive these days.

E2E, I will pose this to you. If Ford could install a $25 part to increase the fuel efficiency of a big truck by 2-5 MPG, don't you think that they would have done that already? come on, they are fighting to keep the mileage where it is now. If they could do soemthing that simple, they would do it in a heartbeat.

The other "cheat" out there is to simply remove the air intake temp sensor and replace it with something like a 100K ohm resistor. This makes the ECM think it is really cold outside and it runs the engine rich. THis allows you to get more power out of the engine. The resistor costs you $.20. This is essentially all that this thing is.

Very true, makes sense.

Ever since I installed my "Gotts Mod" I've been running lean bank 2.

I wonder if I put the stock air filter it would clear that back up. I dunno because I keep reading threads about vacuum leaks but can't find one.

Probably should have put that comment in a different thread, hah..

i heard if you install two of them piggyback style, it will give you supercharged performance... ideas?
