Inspect belt condition at every oil change, change between 50,000-60,000 miles. And when belt is changed, inspect the idlers and tensioner. If the old tensioner is bouncing then the spring has weakened and it needs to be replaced.
Most parts stores now offer kits that include what you need.

Per ford's sevice schedule it's to be replaced at 60,000 miles.

Mine is original with 150k on the truck. I've replaced all the idler pulley's as well as the tensioner but the belt shows no sign of wear.

What is the recommended change interval for a Belt on a 2010 Expy?

To summarize:

A) Whenever you see cracks or missing pieces.
B) Sometime between 50-60K
C) Every 4 years
D) 60K
E) Sometime after 150K

Or my suggestion, like whenever you can find a Continental 1030K6 Poly-V belt on some website like Rock Auto for a ridiculous price like $12.41
