Hello folks.
Does anyone have a service manual for a 2006 Expedition Eddie Bauer?
I need to pull out the engine to swap timing chain, valve lifters, etc.
And its much more complex than I thought ...

You don't need to pull the engine to swap timing components and valve lifters or even heads. Might be a little tight, but it can be done with the engine in the truck. Are you doing a complete rebuild? If you end up pulling the engine, you might want to consider inspecting the lower end of the engine to make sure it's in good order before putting it back in

Yes, I'm doing a acomplete rebuild. So there's no way of diong it without removing the engine...

Yeah, a complete rebuild would be seriously challenging to do without removing the engine. The factory shop manual I linked to on ebay contains everything you need of information.
