So, here's the deal I'm looking to do a 6" fab tech lift on a 01 air ride expy, Ive got the mounting figured out, but through my research Ive found that i will need a front shock that is 4" longer than what fabtech includes in their kit
Ive found the stock air ride shock specs (i would have checked my old ones but they got thrown out when my garage was cleaned):
18 in. extended length
13.63 in. compressed length
4.38 in. damper travel
So that means that from mounting point to mounting point its 18" right?
So that would mean that i will need a shock that is 18"+6" (for lift) which would mean im looking for a shock that has a extended length of 24"
so would these shock work (i'm told the fox shock will need custom valving)

Specs: (they are fairly close to each other in specs)
Ext. Length:25.19"
Col. length: 15.19"

I actually called a 4wd shop out by me and they didn't know any more about shocks than I do (me thinks they don't do much custom work)
And i dont know if i want to do the remote resovoir ones yet, but they have the same specs as the ones with out it
also if anyone has any suggestions for different/better shocks Im open to them
