If you buy f150 5100s, stock or second height mark for FRONTS gets you around 2-2.5”. Expedition 5100s I would just go all the way

If you are gonna do rears, you need to buy either the expedition 5100s or f150 4600s and put a strut spacer on it

I went to the 3rd setting for the front it gave me 1" and to the 3rd setting for the rear it gave me 0.7" . I still think it's a little higher from the rear. Thinking of going down to the 2nd setting for the rear 0.4" to see if it will level it...[IMG][IMG]

Its a pretty well documented side effect of lifting 3rd Gens, not sure there is really an answer other than staying stock. Still seems to me it would be a relatively simple option to offer longer control arms for the rear suspension, but whether its a lack of market, or technical issue, no one seems to offer them..

I love the way your EL looks on 35's BTW, and have often wondered how you have enough lift to clear them , yet don't seem to suffer from the rear tire's pulled forward look as much as most lifted Expeditions I see..

Thoroughly bummed right now. I finally took my Expy to work and realized I'm not even going to be able to lift it a 1/4" if I plan on driving it to work again. I park in a secure sub level garage in DC. They all list 6' max clearance, but never an a real issue with my 07. I would scrape slightly on two pipes on my cross rails. My 17 is exactly the same height because it does exactly the same thing. Maybe I'll bag it lol

I'm confused, did you expect your '17 to be significantly lower than the '07 for some reason?

Not at all. It was actually supposed to be slightly higher. I was only commenting because driving to work reminded me that I wasn't going to be able to lift my Expy if I planned on driving it to work ever.

Just remove your rails on the roof until you need them.

I'd remove the whole thing, but it just barely touches the cross rails on two pipes. I might remove the cross rails for now though.
