Sluggish Acceleration

Hi all

At times when I accelerate it seems like it just won't go
I give it gas and I must be up to 3300 rpm and then it still moves slow
usually at 2000 rpm's I'm going somewhere

I do have an adjustable pedal but that is set normally

Another thing
going from drive ( thru nuetral ) to reverse there is also a grinding noise
this has happened twice in 2 weeks at now I have 2800 miles
It is 2010 edie bauer
I have taken it to the dealer but they ( of course ) couldn't mimick the same

Definatley sounds transmission related, I would go back to the dealer and have the service manager ride with you and see if you can get it to replicate. I had an issue with a tranny one time that the dealer could not replicate so I took the service manager with me on a drive and low and behold it did it, so then they had to fix it .
