I always hated those dang screw type plastic fasteners. Usually had to mess with them to get 'em out. I picked up the Harbor Freight assortment and switched them all to a similar retainer, but the center pin just pushes in. Works great, east to remove using a flathead screwdriver to pry up a bit and cheap to replace if needed. I won't use those screw type again.
