I'm so upset. I Don't understand. I called the seller I got them from and they said they have sold lots of these and people install them with no problems..why is my 2003 expedition spindle smaller then this hardware?

No way! Dang that's exactly what I was afraid of. Do they have any suggestions? Send you another set of washers maybe?

Yes. I asked them and they send this second pair you see in the photo. They too are tapered washers. My stock spindle looks like a straight hole with no taper and thus wont allow the washer with a taper to fit.

Good News!!! I got a reply from the ebay seller. Apparently this install sheet is for an F150. The number 11 washer is not needed on the expedition. Im like OH, So why was that not mentioned on the listing? He was like, I guess I should put that on there. Well damn, Now I get to install it!

BAD NEWS! I went to install them for a second time now that I know not to use the washers. I go to bolt up the new control arm and WOW. I see the new one is not wide enough for the car. IM STUNNED! I called them and they said this is the only one available and they have sold it to other 03+ expedition owners with no complaints. But look at the photos. The factory control arm is more wide then the new one. WTF!?

Shit man that's terrible... Hopefully be able to get your money back on them... Look into camburg I know they make a lot of suspension parts for the F150 but maybe you'll get lucky with the Expy

That really sucks. It's almost like they sent you an F150 kit or something... There's no arguing that there's no way that arm will fit. Man oh man. Did you show them the pics?

I sent the pics and they are confused too..they said the kit works for f150s too..and that they have sold them to other 03+ expedition owners. Also that this is the only arm they make fhr the new expedition..they are allowing me to return the kit.

When I hit that eBay link on the blue control arm, my Expy is automatically
in the box for list of compatible vehicles and above it in red it states that it
is NOT compatible with Expedition. I don't know if this is a new edit to the add
since the last post.
